Proposed design for one of the existing villa gated communities at Hyderabad, the space was small and it was challenging to propose all the facilities, which consists of out door gathering space, gym, walking track, aesthetically welcoming entry points, border plantation, along with screening plantation to the boundaries etc., The contour levels on road are highest while compare to the levels inside the community, we were even asked to design a part of community space on road side where vendors are occupying for petty businesses on daily basis. All the requirements to be proposed in limited budget since it was a community development. It was a complete new experience to design with limited space and budget by continuing the theme right from out side the gate, main community entrance and till villa entrances by balancing everything aesthetically and functionally. We tried to maintain the community name as a theme of the design all over with evergreen plantation.
